Get Out N Play Events Debut

TROY – Get Out N Play, owned and operated by Aubrey Fleszar, announces three exciting multisport events for the 2007 season. On Saturday, May 19th participate in a day of training and expending your knowledge about triathlons at Jiminy Peak in Hancock, Mass., surrounded by the scenic Berkshire Mountains. The morning will feature information about nutrition, planning a season, transitions and more. After lunch, we will head out for a 20-27 mile bike ride and then transition to a 4-6 mile run. This fun informative event is capped off with yoga and stretching.

On July 9-13th, a Women’s Triathlon Prep Camp will be held on the roads and lakes of Rensselaer County. This is a great opportunity to learn about triathlons and help prepare for upcoming races. Each night we will meet at the Fitness Coach in West Sand Lake at 5:45 pm before heading out for a swim, bike or run.

End the season by spending three days at Jiminy Peak on September 7-9th to hike, bike and run in a fun, social atmosphere. All that is needed is an interest to Get Out N Play!
